    WASHINGTON: A US appeals courtroom on Wednesday (Apr 8) denied Anthropic’s request to placed on maintain a transfer by the Pentagon to label it a provide chain danger, however ordered the AI startup’s legal battle with the Division of Protection to be placed on a quick observe.
