    WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump threatened Iran Thursday (Feb 12) with “very traumatic” penalties if it fails to make a nuclear deal – however Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu mentioned he was sceptical concerning the high quality of any such settlement.

    Talking a day after he hosted Netanyahu on the White Home, Trump mentioned he hoped for a outcome “over the subsequent month” from Washington’s negotiations with Tehran over its nuclear programme.

    “We now have to make a deal, in any other case it will be very traumatic, very traumatic. I do not need that to occur, however we have now to make a deal,” Trump instructed reporters.

    “This will likely be very traumatic for Iran if they do not make a deal.”
