    Trump attends return of US soldiers killed in Iran war

    DOVER, Delaware: US President Donald Trump attended a ceremony for 4 US service members who returned to American soil in flag-draped caskets on Wednesday (Jul 22) after being killed in Iranian attacks within the Center East.

    The ceremony, often called a “dignified switch” of the our bodies, comes amid rising frustration with the US-Israeli struggle with Iran.

    The struggle has cost US taxpayers at least US$37.5 billion, has led to the deaths of 18 US service members and injured greater than 450 troops. It has killed thousands of Iranians.

    Each Republican and Democratic lawmakers have raised questions in regards to the struggle, which has boosted international oil costs and reveals no indicators of ending. Because the struggle began in February, Trump has supplied differing goals for the struggle.

    The US president travelled to Dover Air Drive Base in Delastrugglee for the ceremony.

    “We will honour them. For me it is one of many hardest issues to do as a president. Nevertheless it needs to be finished,” Trump stated earlier than leaving for the ceremony. Requested what he would inform the households of the fallen, Trump stated: “All I will say is, we love you. We love your youngster, and that is what they’re to them. They’re their youngsters. There is not any video games, no nothing.”

    US presidents, vice presidents and dignitaries repeatedly attend the solemn switch ceremonies at Dover – dwelling of the most important US army mortuary – throughout instances of struggle or battle.

    The three US service members killed when an Iranian missile hit their sleeping barracks at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan on Friday have been First Lieutenant Tyler James Feehan, 25, Sergeant Angel S. Rampersad, 28, and Non-public Isabella Gonzales, 19. All three have been assigned to US Military air defence brigades.
