Paul Pelosi, the husband of former Home Speaker Nancy Pelosi, is going through a hit-and-run cost after he allegedly struck an empty parked automobile along with his automobile and drove away in Napa County on Friday, investigators stated.
An eyewitness in Yountville known as 911 round 2:30 p.m. after they stated they noticed a driver in a convertible strike the automobile, the Napa County Sheriff’s division stated.

The witness stated the convertible’s driver briefly stopped after the crash and drove away, in line with the sheriff’s workplace. The convertible was discovered a brief distance away blocking a highway and the driving force was recognized by his license as Paul Pelosi, the sheriff’s workplace stated.
The 86-year-old allegedly informed investigators that he hit one thing, however he didn’t know what he hit so he stored driving, in line with the sheriff’s division.
“He drove the automobile till his automobile turned disabled and was now not to proceed driving,” the sheriff’s workplace stated in a press release.
An alcohol screening machine detected no alcohol on Paul Pelosi, in line with the sheriff’s workplace.

In October 2022, Paul Pelosi was attacked by a person who broke into his San Francisco residence whereas he was asleep. He suffered a fractured cranium and required surgical procedure from the hammer blows delivered by David Wayne DePape.
DePape was convicted in 2023 on federal assault and tried kidnapping and expenses and sentenced to 30 years in jail.
He was convicted on 5 state expenses a 12 months later and sentenced to life in jail.
