    PARIS: French President Emmanuel Macron warned Friday (Sep 18) of the rising menace posed by Moscow’s shadow operations throughout Europe, saying he had ordered measures to guard France’s important infrastructure from Russian “hybrid assaults”.

    Macron additionally vowed that Russia’s assaults on French soil wouldn’t go unanswered, talking after talks with presidential hopefuls and get together leaders forward of the April-Could election.
