KYIV: Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promised a fast new plan on Wednesday (Jul 23) to combat corruption, after a regulation curbing the independence of anti-graft companies triggered the primary road protests of the warfare and uncommon rebukes from European allies.
