    UK police arrest several under explosives act in ‘major incident’ near US air base

    LONDON — British police introduced on Sunday morning that a number of individuals have been arrested “on suspicion of offenses beneath the explosives act” near a serious air base internet hosting U.S. forces within the southwest of England.
