    Trump pardons convicted Tennessee lawmaker once represented by the White House counsel

    Kelsey was two weeks into his 21-month jail sentence when he obtained the pardon. Bureau of Prisons data mirrored that Kelsey was not in custody at FCI Ashland as of Tuesday.
