    Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that Syria’s new chief is eager to construct ties with Moscow.

    At talks within the Russian capital on Thursday, Al Thani assured the Russian chief that interim president Ahmed al-Sharaa was searching for to construct relations with Russia, after the removing of former President Bashar al-Assad, who was a detailed ally of Moscow.
