    MOSCOW: Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin met with North Korean chief Kim Jong Un throughout an official go to to Pyongyang, the Russian parliament stated on Thursday (Aug 14).

    Volodin, a detailed ally of President Vladimir Putin, conveyed greetings from the Russian chief and thanked Kim for North Korea’s assist of Russia’s navy marketing campaign in Ukraine.

    Putin held a phone call with Kim on Tuesday and up to date him on deliberate talks with US President Donald Trump in Alaska on Friday.

    Kim despatched a reply to a letter from Putin that was delivered by Volodin to have fun the eightieth anniversary of liberation from Japan’s colonial rule, North Korea’s state information company KCNA reported on Friday.

    Within the letter to Putin, Kim stated the troopers of North Korea and Russia fashioned “friendship and unity” within the battlefield to battle in opposition to “a mutual enemy” which he didn’t determine, in accordance with KCNA.

    Pyongyang and Moscow have each confirmed the deployment of North Korean troops to assist Russia’s offensive in opposition to Ukraine to reclaim the Kursk area.

    South Korea’s intelligence company stated in June that North Korea was probably able to ship extra troops to Russia.
