As KTLA reported, the sufferer revealed to police {that a} man in a dark-colored sedan sped down the road earlier than coming to a sudden halt on the location the place the sufferer and his girlfriend had been strolling.
Witness Patrick McCloskey told KTLA he heard a lady screaming from the sidewalk, maybe the sufferer’s girlfriend, screaming.

“However he didn’t know that the man was a retired wrestler,” McCloskey said. “So, he was in a position to get the gun off the man and wrestle him down.”

The robber remained helpless on the sidewalk till police arrived to take him into custody.
