    Police probe missing Briton case in Malaysia

    KUALA LUMPUR: The disappearance of a British man final week in Malaysia’s capital is being investigated from “all angles”, police stated Tuesday (Jun 3).

    A lacking individual’s report was filed, figuring out the person as 25-year-old Jordan Johnson-Doyle, Kuala Lumpur police stated.

    Johnson-Doyle was final seen on Might 27 within the bustling Bangsar district, recognized for its nightlife, stylish bars and cafes, in response to native media studies.

    “An in depth investigation, from all angles, is underway,” Brickfields district police chief Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood instructed AFP.

    “These with any data are urged to contact their nearest police station,” Ku Mashariman added in an announcement.

    Johnson-Doyle’s mom, Leanne Burnett, 44, instructed the Free Malaysia Right this moment information web site that her husband had travelled to Kuala Lumpur, including “we’re distraught and pray that he is properly someplace”.

    “We’re supporting the household of a British man reported lacking in Malaysia,” it stated in an announcement.

    Native studies stated Johnson-Doyle, a software program engineer, was on a solo backpacking tour round Southeast Asia when he disappeared.
