    WANTAGH, N.Y. — A 20-year-old girl was possible bitten by a juvenile shark whereas waist-deep within the surf at a suburban New York seaside, in response to state officers.

    The unidentified girl suffered minor cuts to her left leg and foot after being bitten Wednesday at Jones Seashore State Park on Lengthy Island. She was handled for accidents that weren’t life-threatening, in response to a launch from state parks officers.
