    A Republican candidate for a Missouri State Home seat was hit with a federal cost after he allegedly tried to plant medication on his main opponent, federal prosecutors alleged.

    Thomas Christopher Ross, who gained the Republican main final month for Missouri Home District 161 in Joplin, was charged Wednesday with conspiring to distribute a managed substance after authorities found the alleged plot to plant cocaine and Adderall within the automotive of Louise Secker, who confronted Ross within the Republican main.

    Ross’s marketing campaign supervisor contacted the police in July after the candidate allegedly gave him the medication and instructed him to plant them on Secker, the legal criticism launched Thursday stated.
