    Minnesota Division of Public Security Commissioner Bob Jacobson mentioned it will be “extraordinarily troublesome, if not unimaginable” to file state expenses within the lethal taking pictures with out cooperation from the FBI, which state officers mentioned is now solely main the investigation into the incident.
