    Michigan judge dismisses case against 15 alleged ‘fake electors’ in 2020 election

    A Michigan choose has dismissed the case towards 15 people accused of being “fake electors” for Donald Trump within the 2020 election.

    Choose Kristen Simmons on Tuesday stated she discovered inadequate proof to show the defendants acted with felony intent.

    “This can be a fraud case, and now we have to show intent, and I do not consider that there is ample proof to show intent,” she stated throughout a listening to Tuesday.
