For a similar price (or much less) as Southern California Edison’s reconnection payment, a property proprietor may buy a solar energy and battery system. Constructing a house is the proper time to put in photo voltaic and it could pay for itself over a number of years’ time. Why affirm a lifetime subscription to a public utility asking house owners to pay for the chance to purchase electrical energy transferred over Edison energy strains?
