    Iran won’t export “a single drop of oil” so long as the U.S. continues its “financial struggle” once more the nation, an Iranian official stated Sunday.

    “If the financial struggle continues, not a single drop of oil might be exported٫ neither by means of the Strait of Hormuz nor from anyplace within the Persian Gulf,” Mohsen Rezaee, secretary of Iran’s Supreme Nationwide Safety Council, posted on X.

    “Iran will regard any nation’s participation in or help for America’s financial struggle towards the Iranian folks as an act of struggle,” the submit continued.

    Additionally Sunday, Iran’s Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA) stated in its personal X post that “vessels violating Iranian protocols for the Strait of Hormuz shall face restrictions on future passages, together with fines, detention, or confiscation.” It additionally listed steps it stated vessel house owners should take “to keep away from potential issues,” together with reviewing a web-based record of non-complaint vessels.

    The feedback come after President Donald Trump announced Wednesday on his social media platform that his administration is embarking on what he referred to as the “MOST CRUSHING ECONOMIC OPERATION EVER TAKEN AGAINST ANY COUNTRY.”
