    BERLIN: German prosecutors mentioned Wednesday (Jul 1) that they had introduced expenses in opposition to a suspect within the 2022 sabotage of the Nord Stream gasoline pipeline linking Russia with Europe.

    Federal prosecutors confirmed to AFP {that a} man had been charged over the explosion, with German media reporting that he was a Ukrainian nationwide mentioned to be the top of the staff that carried out the operation.

    They mentioned he was the identical suspect who was arrested in summer season 2025 in Italy and extradited to Germany the next November, who was named on the time as Serhii Kuznietsov.
