The Dallas Cowboys aren’t letting the Philadelphia Eagles get payback for poaching considered one of their high assistants.
The Cowboys hired former Eagles passing sport coordinator Christian Parker as their new defensive coordinator on Thursday. It is a important loss for a Philadelphia protection that allowed 19.3 factors per sport in 2025, the sixth-best mark within the NFL (together with playoffs).
Philadelphia subsequently tried to lure Cowboys offensive coordinator Klayton Adams away from Dallas. Per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Eagles requested to interview Adams to interchange not too long ago fired OC Kevin Patullo. Dallas blocked it.
“The NFL permits groups to disclaim requests that might end in a lateral transfer, though Adams would function the play caller in Philadelphia,” wrote Pro Football Talk’s Charean Williams. “Head coach Brian Schottenheimer calls the performs in Dallas.”
