    Chicago Teachers Union Members Approve Deal To Push Average Salary Over $114,000

    Chicago’s public college academics have overwhelmingly permitted a four-year labor contract to lift their common wage to greater than $114,000 per 12 months.

    Chicago Academics Union leaders introduced Monday that 85% of CTU members participated within the election, and 97% of those that voted solid ballots in favor of the tentative settlement.
