    In that case, Adani was accused of getting participated in an estimated US$250 million scheme to bribe Indian officers for profitable photo voltaic power provide contracts.

    Monday’s US settlement announcement stated AEL had cooperated with OFAC’s probe and agreed to further nonmonetary remedial measures to strengthen compliance with US sanctions.

    The probe targeted on LPG imports organized by way of a Dubai-based provider that claimed to be exporting Omani and Iraqi fuel, OFAC stated.
