Maryland is suing the Trump administration to cease the development of an immigration detention facility within the state, in keeping with a grievance filed Monday.
Maryland Legal professional Common Anthony Brown says within the grievance that the Division of Homeland Safety violated federal legislation by buying a warehouse within the state with out an environmental evaluation and with out public enter.
