Donald Trump has named former British Prime Minister Tony Blair to his so-called “Board of Peace”, which is predicted to supervise america president’s 20-point plan to finish Israel’s genocidal conflict in opposition to Palestinians in Gaza.
The White Home mentioned on Friday that Blair can be among the many board’s seven founding government members, alongside Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the US particular envoy to the Center East, Steve Witkoff.
The opposite members are Marc Rowan, Ajay Banga and Robert Gabriel.
The announcement comes simply days after Witkoff introduced the launch of the second part of the US-brokered plan to finish Israel’s conflict on Gaza, which has killed greater than 71,000 Palestinians since October 2023.
