    The US final week launched its new nationwide safety technique – and it wasn’t excellent news for Europe. The doc, which units out US international coverage priorities, blasted Europe for undermining “political liberty and sovereignty”, de-emphasised the risk from Russia, reframed America’s competitors with China and put affect over the western hemisphere on the prime of the US agenda.
