Cleveland Browns star pass-rusher Myles Garrett went viral when he made it recognized he wasn’t happy that he was faraway from Cleveland’s 32-13 blowout loss on the New England Patriots late in Sunday’s contest when the end result had already been decided.

Following the defeat that dropped the Browns to 2-6 on the season, Garrett shared why he was so fired up after he tallied 5 sacks at Gillette Stadium.

Why Myles Garrett was annoyed to be pulled from Patriots recreation

“I’m annoyed,” Garrett acknowledged, per Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Seller. “I need to win. I don’t care how a lot time is on the clock. They’ve received their starters in. There’s an opportunity we are able to win. I need to be part of that. I don’t care how dire the scenario appears to be like. I’m eager to attempt to make one thing occur. So I hate popping out of these conditions. I hate that type of inevitability and never with the ability to do something about it. I need to win, and I’ll do something.”

Earlier in October, Garrett raised eyebrows when he admitted it was “irritating as hell” for Cleveland to “lose the identical manner each time.” On Sunday, the Browns offense largely left a lot to be desired towards the Patriots, with rookie Dillon Gabriel serving as Cleveland’s beginning quarterback. Garrett defended Gabriel after the sport and stated he sees “a younger quarterback that’s preventing” to notch wins for the struggling membership.

On Sunday, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski prompt Gabriel will begin over fellow rookie Shedeur Sanders when Cleveland performs on the New York Jets (1-7) on Nov. 9. The Browns and Jets will spend Week 9 on bye.

Myles Garrett vows to “proceed working” throughout Browns’ bye

“I’m going to observe the movie and I’m going to speak to totally different coaches and gamers and see what concepts they’ve on discovering a option to win, offense, protection, particular groups,” Garrett defined. “I need to be a part of success, and it doesn’t simply cease and begin at protection. So, nevertheless I may be of use, nevertheless I may be useful, I need to do this, and there ain’t going to be any days off for me. I’m going to proceed engaged on my bye week.”

Whereas Garrett seems serious about serving as a vocal chief for the Browns behind the scenes, the tough reality of the matter is that Sunday’s loss supplied extra reminders that Cleveland lacks expertise in comparison with what groups such because the 6-2 Patriots are that includes this season. Nonetheless, Garrett challenged his teammates to maintain battling amid what appears to be one other misplaced marketing campaign for the group.

“Don’t stop,” Garrett added throughout his feedback. “Hold your head up. Maintain everybody’s ft to the hearth, even my very own. Attempt to discover one thing, some type of treatment for this, and the way we are able to enhance. I’m not going to place the crimson dot on anyone with out placing it on myself and the way I may be higher and what extra I can do for my group. And simply going to proceed to get totally different individuals’s opinions and concepts and the way we are able to flip the tide proper now.”
