California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom held a press convention on Thursday night following the Clinton decide’s choice to briefly restrain President Trump from deputizing the California Nationwide Guard.
US District Choose Charles Breyer, (brother of retired SCOTUS Breyer), a Clinton appointee, granted Newsom a Momentary Restraining Order (TRO) and stated Trump’s choice to federalize the Nationwide Guard was unlawful.
