On Tuesday afternoon, a Los Angeles jury convicted an Orange County, California, choose of second-degree homicide for capturing his spouse.
As beforehand reported, a choose who sat on Orange County Superior Courtroom in Southern California was drunk when shot his spouse useless in August 2023, prosecutors stated.
Decide Jeffrey Ferguson, 74, was accused of fatally capturing his spouse Sheryl throughout an argument of their Anaheim Hills dwelling on August 3, 2023.
Ferguson beforehand pleaded not responsible to a homicide cost.
