A Tufts College PhD scholar on a visa was arrested by immigration authorities outdoors of Boston on Tuesday evening, in line with the college and the scholar’s lawyer.
The coed, Rumeysa Ozturk, is a Turkish nationwide, in line with her lawyer, Mahsa Khanbabai.
