    President Donald Trump stated late on Sunday (Jul 6) that the US will begin delivering tariff letters to different international locations beginning 12pm ET (12am, Tuesday, Singapore time) on Monday.

    “I’m happy to announce that the USA tariff letters, and/or offers, with numerous international locations from around the globe, might be delivered beginning 12pm (Japanese), Monday, Jul 7. Thanks on your consideration to this matter!” Trump stated in a submit on Fact Social.

    Trump had stated on Jul 4 that he had signed 12 trade letters forward of an impending deadline for his tariffs to take impact.

    “I signed some letters and so they’ll exit on Monday, most likely 12,” Trump advised reporters, including that the international locations that the letters could be despatched to might be introduced on the identical day.
