    President Trump on Sunday responded to the immigration raid that was performed on a Hyundai battery building plant in Georgia final week, calling on international firms to respect American legal guidelines. 

    “We encourage you to LEGALLY deliver your very good folks, with nice technical expertise, to construct World Class merchandise, and we’ll make it rapidly and legally potential for you to take action,” The President stated. “What we ask in return is that you just rent and practice American Employees. Collectively, we’ll all work laborious to make our Nation not solely productive, however nearer in unity than ever earlier than.”

    8 U.S.C. § 1324 makes it “illegal for any particular person or different entity to rent, recruit, or refer for a charge, for employment in the US an alien understanding the alien is an unauthorized alien.” One would assume that Hyundai would face fines or some form of consequence for violating our legal guidelines.

    As The Gateway Pundit reported, 475 employees have been arrested on the plant close to Savanna, Georgia, for being within the US illegally or violating the phrases of their immigrant visas. Nearly all of the unlawful employees arrested, over 300, have been South Korean.

    The manufacturing unit was beforehand touted by Joe Biden as an financial win after he introduced the opening of the plant throughout a 2022 journey to South Korea.

    US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) launched video footage from the operation over the weekend, exhibiting a big caravan transferring in on the plant, lining the illegals up, chasing down tried escapees, and loading all of them onto immigration buses to be detained.
