    The Nationwide Guard is planning to coach as many as 500 troops per state to function a part of a rapid-response drive centered on civil disturbance missions, in line with a U.S. official.

    The event was first reported by The Guardian which obtained a duplicate of an Oct. 8 inner memo from the Nationwide Guard detailing every state’s allotment. The Guardian posted the memo on its web site.
