U.S. Males’s Nationwide Group stars Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah’s 2024-25 Champions League run is over.

Their membership workforce, Italy’s AC Milan, discovered itself on the unsuitable finish of a 2-1 combination playoff defeat to the Netherlands’ Feyenoord on Tuesday. The shock upset eliminates Milan from the Champions League earlier than the knockout levels of the match.

Pulisic began each legs of the Feyenoord playoff and arrange Mexican striker Santiago Gimenez for Milan’s solely objective of the sequence. Musah began the second leg rather than French midfielder Youssouf Fofana.

Whereas Pulisic and Musah regarded spectacular for Milan, they had been let down by uncharacteristic errors from their teammates. The primary leg was determined when French goalkeeper Mike Maignan spilled a shot from winger Igor Paixao to present Feyenoord a 1-0 win.
