Patrick Beverley goes after the fan base of his of his previous groups.

On the most recent episode of his self-titled podcast for Barstool Sports activities, the previous NBA guard Beverley reacted to the information of the Los Angeles Lakers trading away D’Angelo Russell earlier this week. In his remarks, Beverley took a shot at Lakers followers for supposedly hurting the commerce worth of the staff’s personal gamers.

“Lakers followers, the true ones, they know basketball,” mentioned Beverley. “They’ve seen it loads, they’ve been via loads. What they don’t perceive is their impact on making their very own staff higher.”

“They speak so unhealthy about their gamers that they really lower their worth,” he added. “So now, when a commerce comes, ain’t no one simply supplying you with s–t. Nobody’s making an attempt to assist the Los Angeles Lakers. We all know you guys need this man … he’s [worth] a second-round [pick] to each different staff. However to the Lakers, he’s two first [rounders]. F–okay it. However when you’ve got a fan base, a man shoots unhealthy, they usually crush guys, they lower their worth.”

Right here is the total video (however clearly look out for the unhealthy language).
