NYC mayoral candidate and Metropolis Comptroller Brad Lander spoke to the media only a few hours in the past after being launched from federal custody following his humiliating ordeal at an immigration courtroom in Manhattan earlier right this moment.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Lander created a chaotic scene on Tuesday at Federal Plaza in Manhattan after inserting his palms on and repeatedly demanding to see a warrant for a person being escorted away by immigration officers.
ICE officers responded by laying down the regulation on the politician. The Put up reported that Lander was arrested on an obstruction of governmental administration cost.
Sadly, in accordance with New York Governor Kathy Hochul, the cost has been dropped. After his launch, Lander ran to the media and instantly started spinning a far completely different story than what everybody might see on tape.
A number of left-wing New York politicians, together with Hochul, stood by his facet as he insulted everybody’s intelligence.
“After we went again upstairs, we had these subsequent two instances…We simply tried to stroll out of the constructing,” Lander acknowledged. “I believe you noticed the video. Lander continued his gaslighting by seemingly evaluating himself to a biblical determine.
“I simply engaged in that accompaniment, of making an attempt to bear witness, of making an attempt to stroll peacefully with somebody,” Lander mentioned.

As one will see within the video, Lander retains his palms on the suspected unlawful alien’s shoulder and refuses to let go. He’s clearly committing against the law by obstructing ICE’s proceedings.
Then, the ICE officers spring into motion and maintain the mayoral candidate.
“You don’t have the authority to arrest US residents,” Lander whines as he’s being cuffed.
