    “INACCURACIES”

    In an announcement, West Midlands Police mentioned on Wednesday: “We’re extraordinarily sorry for the impression these have had on people and their communities.”

    “We all know that errors had been made, however reiterate the findings that none of this was completed with an intent of deliberate distortion or discrimination.”

    However in a letter to MPs on Wednesday, Guildford admitted the inaccurate data was because of using Microsoft Copilot, an AI chatbot.

    The watchdog’s report mentioned different inaccuracies included West Midlands Police “tremendously” exaggerating the issues in Amsterdam in November 2024 after Maccabi followers clashed with locals there, the evaluate mentioned.
