    TOKYO: Japan referred to as on Monday (Jun 23) for de-escalation of the battle in Iran and mentioned US strikes demonstrated Washington’s willpower to forestall Tehran from buying nuclear weapons.

    Japan additionally mentioned it was “extraordinarily regrettable” the scenario between Israel and Iran had escalated right into a cycle of retaliation, in line with Overseas Minister Takeshi Iwaya.
