TEHRAN: Iran on Tuesday (Oct 7) dismissed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s warnings over its missile programme as fabricated, after he alleged the Islamic republic was creating rockets able to reaching US cities.
In an interview with US podcaster Ben Shapiro launched on Monday, Netanyahu mentioned: “Iran is creating now…intercontinental ballistic missiles for 8,000 kilometre vary”.

Iran’s overseas minister, Abbas Araghchi, condemned the feedback, saying Israel was attempting to painting Iran’s defensive capabilities as a menace.
“Israel is now attempting to make an imaginary menace out of our defence capabilities,” Araghchi wrote on X.
