    LONDON — A 6.0 magnitude earthquake struck japanese Afghanistan on Sunday, destroying a number of villages and killing a whole bunch, based on an area official and the United Nations mission.

    Greater than 600 individuals have been killed and greater than 1,300 have been injured within the Kunar province, Mufti Abdul Matin Qani, spokesperson for the Ministry of Inside, advised Afghan media early on Monday.     The U.N. would “spare no effort to help these in want within the affected areas,” Secretary-Basic Antonio Guterres mentioned.

    “I stand in full solidarity with the individuals of Afghanistan after the devastating earthquake that hit the nation earlier at present,” he said on social media. “I prolong my deepest condolences to the households of the victims and need a speedy restoration to these injured.”
