    Huge explosion rocks a chemical plant in eastern China, no information on casualties

    BEIJING — An enormous explosion rocked a chemical plant in China’s jap Shandong province round midday Tuesday, in accordance with state broadcaster CCTV, with thick plumes of black smoke seen from the location.
