The FBI is on the scene of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement-involved capturing that occurred in Patterson, California, on Tuesday close to the I-5, Performing ICE Director Todd Lyons stated in a press release.
In keeping with Lyons, ICE officers have been making an attempt to arrest a person they claimed was an 18th Avenue gang member when he “weaponized his car” and tried to run over an officer.

Lyons claimed that the suspect is needed in El Salvador for questioning in reference to a homicide.
“Following their coaching, our officers fired defensive photographs to guard themselves, their fellow brokers and the general public,” Lyons stated.
The motorist was taken to an area hospital, Lyons stated. The person’s situation is unclear.

Earlier Tuesday, the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Workplace issued a press release saying they have been helping with the capturing and had closed the on and off ramps within the space.
Patterson is an agricultural metropolis in California’s San Joaquin Valley.
