    The Los Angeles Dodgers aren’t slowing down of their quest to repeat as World Sequence champions.

    Mark Feinsand from MLB.com reported that the Dodgers signed reliever Tanner Scott to a four-year, $72 million contract. Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic added that Scott will obtain a signing bonus and deferred cash, as has been the case with many of the Dodgers’ contracts this offseason.

    Ranked because the 19th-best free agent and the highest reliever out there by FanGraphs, Scott had a dominant exhibiting in 2024. He posted a 1.75 ERA and a 1.125 WHIP in his 71.3 innings between the Marlins and Padres, notching 22 saves whereas hanging out 84 batters.
