    Colombian authorities investigate bullet holes found on American Airlines plane

    Colombian authorities are investigating after bullet holes had been found on an American Airways flight that traveled between Medellín, Colombia, and Miami. 

    No accidents had been reported and officers say the preliminary investigation signifies the flight was struck whereas touchdown in Medellín on Sunday, based on Colombian officers.

    American Airways stated its groups “recognized a puncture” to the airplane’s exterior throughout a routine inspection when it returned to Miami.

    “The plane was instantly faraway from service for additional inspection and restore. We are going to work intently with all related authorities to analyze this incident,” the airline stated in an announcement to ABC Information.

    Authorities say they’re specializing in a legal group behind this incident, however nothing is conclusive.  

    Flightradar24 data exhibits the Boeing 737 MAX 8 traveled from Medellin to Miami on Monday morning after which from Miami to Dallas later that night.

    Dallas-Fort Value is the headquarters for American Airways and the airplane was despatched there for full repairs, based on the airline.

    American Airways stated the puncture didn’t trigger any points with flying the airplane.
