To the editor: I like Steve Lopez’s columns, however I quibble with “Mr. Downtown” and with the beloved Los Angeles Instances journalist urging Mayor Karen Bass (and the remainder of the federal government and the enterprise sector at massive) to deliver individuals again to the workplace (“After COVID, raids and other blows, DTLA is hurting.
