    Home Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Chief John Thune introduced on Wednesday the Republican-controlled Congress “within the coming days” will absolutely fund the Division of Homeland Safety via each the appropriations course of and reconciliation course of.  

    “In following this two-track method, the Republican Congress will absolutely reopen the Division, be sure all federal employees are paid, and particularly fund immigration enforcement and border safety for the following three years in order that these law-enforcement actions can proceed uninhibited,” the highest Republicans stated in an announcement.
