    SINGAPORE: Singapore and 9 different economies on Monday (Mar 16) backed the creation of a everlasting World Commerce Group (WTO) moratorium that forestalls international locations from imposing tariffs on digital transmissions equivalent to software program downloads, streaming content material and different digital merchandise.
