    Former NFL offensive guard Tre’ Johnson has died on the age of 54, the Washington Commanders introduced on Sunday.

    “We’re heartbroken to be taught of the lack of former Washington All-Professional guard Tre’ Johnson. Our ideas are together with his household and family members,” the crew wrote on X.

    Johnson’s spouse, Irene, stated in a submit to Facebook on Sunday that the soccer participant died “instantly and unexpectedly” on Sunday throughout a household journey. She stated his household and buddies are “devastated and in shock.”

    Johnson performed eight seasons from 1994 to 2001 as an offensive guard for the Washington Commanders, formally referred to as the Washington Redskins. He performed one other season with the Cleveland Browns in 2001.

    He was a 1994 second-round draft decide and earned a Professional Bowl choice in 1999.
