Kim “wished that the New Yr 2025 can be recorded as the primary yr of victory within the twenty first century when the Russian military and other people would defeat neo-Nazism and obtain an important victory,” KCNA stated.

Kim and Putin signed a mutual defence treaty at a summit in June, which requires either side to come back to the opposite’s support in case of an armed assault.

North Korea has since dispatched tens of thousands of troops to Russia to help its battle towards Ukraine, and Seoul and Washington stated that greater than a thousand of them have been killed or wounded.
