    WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump mentioned Thursday (Jan 29) Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin agreed to halt attacks on Kyiv and other cities for every week, as Moscow’s strikes go away Ukraine dealing with its hardest winter for the reason that begin of the warfare.

    Russian strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure have left hundreds of thousands with disrupted gentle, heating and water provides in freezing temperatures, pushing the war-battered nation in the direction of humanitarian disaster.
