    REACTIONS AFTER THE BRIEFING

    Democrats left the Senate briefing saying it had been too brief and that the officers from Republican President Donald Trump’s administration had not appeared ready to completely reply questions.

    “The administration got here to this briefing empty-handed,” Senate Democratic chief Chuck Schumer mentioned. “We do not know what the last word objective is. The president says various things at completely different occasions and contradicts himself,” he added.

    Republicans usually praised Trump’s motion, which the administration says is meant to battle trafficking in medicine answerable for the deaths of Individuals.
